Risk of loss or damage passes to the buyer upon dispatch, unless otherwise agreed in writing. We strongly recommend cargo insurance for all international shipments.

Due to the nature of our products — including perishable goods, veterinary supplies, and agricultural items — returns are handled on a case-by-case basis.

• Claims for damaged or incorrect products must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.
• Products must be in original packaging and unused for return eligibility.
• Refunds are processed within 14 business days after inspection and approval.
• Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable unless the error was on our side.
